Features
PacBio long-read sequencing can reach longer than 25Kb, N50 is even longer than 35Kb; flexible CLR and CCS sequencing modes, each SMRT cell contains 8 million zero-mode waveguides, and the average output of a single chip is 160G (PacBio official data). Sequel II sequencing system can provide highly accurate long reads (HiFi Reads), and can also produce higher quality reads (accuracy 99.9%), comparable to Sanger sequencing.
